Standard Return Procedure:
All products are shipped directly from us, and any returns should be initiated through our dedicated customer support team. To request a Returns Authorization number (RMA), please contact us at:

Kindly request an RMA within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that only items purchased directly from the Alyaan LLC store are eligible for return.
Products purchased through other retailers must adhere to their respective return policies. Ensure that the item being returned is repackaged with all included cords, accessories, and documentation.
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will be notified via email once the refund process is complete.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. If your item is experiencing issues, we may request videos/images for troubleshooting purposes. Faulty products will be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
